Shadows of Ice, the second volume of the Sunwell Trilogy, picks up where the trilogy’s first volume, Dragon Hunt, leaves off. The story follows the adventures of Kalec, a blue dragon trapped in human form and fleeing from forces that seek to destroy his race, and Anveena, a maiden with a mysterious power. What starts as a flight for survival turns into a quest to save these two courageous souls, and perhaps all of Azeroth, from the onslaught of the undead Scourge.
